Job description

As Receptionist, you'll manage the front desk, greet guests with a smile, and provide support to both residents and staff. You'll help with phone calls, scheduling, and light administrative tasks, all while creating a welcoming and organized environment
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Greet visitors
โ€ข Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call
โ€ข Take and deliver messages
โ€ข Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
โ€ข Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions
โ€ข Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:
โ€ข Must have at least 2 years clerical experience
โ€ข Computer and software skills
โ€ข Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
โ€ข Must have good verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Must have great organizational skills
