The Front Desk Receptionist maintains a consistent presence at the main lobby of Greenhouse A and serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, candidates, and team members entering the facility.
This role ensures that all visitors are properly received, logged, and directed while maintaining a professional and organized lobby environment. The Receptionist manages visitor check-in, issues visitor badges, and coordinates arrival notifications with the appropriate departments.
The role's primary responsibility is maintaining a staffed and controlled front desk during scheduled hours.
Requirements
Front Desk & Lobby Management

  • Maintain a consistent presence at the front desk during scheduled hours.
  • Greet visitors, vendors, candidates, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment.
  • Notify the appropriate department or host when visitors arrive.
Visitor Check-In & Access Control
  • Manage visitor check-in and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Issue visitor badges and temporary access credentials as required.
  • Ensure visitors follow site entry procedures before accessing operational areas.
  • Coordinate visitor escorts with the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Monitor lobby access and escalate any concerns to site leadership.
Administrative Support
  • Provide light administrative support to site leadership as needed (document preparation, filing, data entry, or scheduling assistance).
  • Assist with distribution of internal site communications or notices when needed.
Safety & Compliance Support
  • Follow all site safety and food safety policies.
  • Ensure visitors comply with site entry requirements and PPE expectations.
  • Support site documentation requirements related to visitor entry when necessary.
  • Participate in safety training and emergency response procedures as required.
Requirements
