Your Indispensable Role: Under the authority of the general management, the receptionist will be responsible for customer service, receiving and routing telephone calls, welcoming residents and visitors and providing general information, according to the information available to him/her. Receives and filters calls, notes information to ensure follow-up or to take action according to priorities Greets and directs residents and visitors to the correct person or service and has them sign the register Records residents' arrivals and departures according to the established system to ensure follow-up and notifies food services of their absences with regard to meals Communicates, based on information provided through the communication network, information of general interest (e.g., meals, activities) Performs, as needed, all or part of the tasks associated with any other job category of equal or lower rank.
