Main responsibilities: Welcoming residents, families and visitors courteously. Answer telephone calls and direct communications to the appropriate individuals. Provide general information about the residence. Performing certain simple administrative tasks (messages, mail, small office tasks). Ensure attentive presence at reception and oversee the smooth running of entries and exits. Collaborate with the various departments of the residence as needed.
