Job description

Our client, a food industry company located in Sorel, is

looking for an Administrative Assistant – Receptionist for a temporary assignment

from July 20 to August 7 or 10.

Salary between $21 and $25.79/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break

Work location: Sorel-Tracy

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and suppliers and maintain the visitor log;

  • Handle incoming phone calls;
  • Perform general secretarial tasks;
  • Work closely with the HR team (welcoming candidates,

distributing documents to be completed and following up on them);

  • Scan documents (CNESST files, resumes, references, sick notes, certain invoices, etc.)
  • Sort and distribute mail and forward it to the appropriate people as needed;
  • Answer general questions from employees
  • Access management
  • Internal communication (birthday announcements on TV and POKA)
  • Manage food suppliers for sugar, fruit, and coffee creamers (if applicable)
  • Administrative support
  • Other related tasks
