JOB DESCRIPTION: The Jardins Vaudreuil private retirement residence is located in a residential area, surrounded by mature trees. The outdoor courtyard features a terrace, an outdoor pool, and swings. We are looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist. HOURLY : Part-time During the day Weekends and public holidays. GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, compile and produce monthly reports Perform data transfers and updates to various databases using Excel. He or she can also answer and direct phone calls, open and distribute mail, and respond to residents He or she may be required to collect rents, prepare deposits, renewals and amendments to leases. Update various administrative forms May be called upon to meet with families if a billing dispute arises May be required to perform other related tasks. Produces the à la carte billing for residents and that of the CISSS and CIUSSS and verifies that payments are made within the allotted time. Drafting and transcribing correspondence Issues, when required, notices of delay and makes arrangements to receive payments due and, failing that, takes the required legal action. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office administration. 1 to 2 years of experience in office automation. Proficiency in written and spoken French and English. Autonomous, dynamic, with a sense of organization and teamwork. High-level customer service. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software Knowledge of Hopem, Sensaas, and Agile Synerion software is an asset.
