En tant que premier point de contact, le/la receptionniste du spa cree une premiere impression chaleureuse, professionnelle et attentionnee. Que ce soit pour gerer les reservations ou accompagner les clients pendant leur attente, cette personne joue un role essentiel en depassant les attentes en matiere de service et en offrant des interactions qui refletent les standards d'un environnement de luxe.

Responsabilites principales
  • Accueillir les membres et invites de facon chaleureuse, avec professionnalisme et souci du detail
  • Gerer les reservations et les rendez-vous avec precision et efficacite
  • Maintenir un espace de reception et de vente propre, organise et accueillant
  • Repondre aux appels et assister les membres et invites dans leurs demandes et reservations
