Quality Equipment Finance,ย a Tom Wood Group business,ย locatedย inย Carmel,ย Indianaย isย looking for an organized andย detail orientedย Administrative Assistantย to support ourย team.ย You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in supporting variousย administrativeย functions.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phoneย 

  • Assistingย customers with account questions, updates, and transferring them to theย appropriate departmentย 

  • Maintainingย and stocking office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies while ensuring a clean and organized office environmentย 

  • Combining and organizing files within Adobe Acrobatย 

  • Managing and updating the companyโ€™s shared calendarย 

  • Handling shipments through FedEx, UPS, and USPSย 

  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail to theย appropriate departmentย or personnelย 

  • Providing assistance toย all departments and personnel with projects and various administrative tasksย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Problem-solving and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations efficientlyย 

  • Multitasking skills to manage several responsibilities at onceย
