FACILITY MAINTENANCE & DELIVERY ASSOCIATE

Hands-On Construction Support. Organized Warehouse & Yard. Critical Role in Warranty & Field Work.

The Facility Maintenance & Delivery Associate supports project teams and company operations by performing small construction projects, warranty and repair work, tool and equipment maintenance, and yard and warehouse support. This role bridges warehouse operations and field construction needs by maintaining tools, trailers, facilities, and forms, completing light construction tasks, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring materials are properly staged, tracked, and returned. The ideal candidate has solid construction knowledge, is mechanically inclined, highly organized, and able to work independently across warehouse, yard, office, and jobsite environments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Deliveries & Field Support

  • Perform deliveries and pickups to job sites and suppliers.
  • Load and transport materials safely.
  • Support urgent field requests.


Small Construction & Warranty Work

  • Complete small construction and warranty repair projects.
  • Perform minor carpentry and repair tasks.
  • Coordinate work with project teams.


Warehouse, Yard & Facility Support

  • Maintain orderly warehouse, yard, and office spaces.
  • Perform light facility maintenance.
  • Clean, organize, and restock returned items.


Tool, Equipment & Form Maintenance

  • Perform small tool repairs and routine maintenance.
  • Inspect and maintain Symons forms and accessories.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are job-ready.


Inventory, Materials & Documentation

  • Review material requisitions for accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation and restocking.


Safety & Work Environment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, office, and job trailer environment.
  • Follow PPE requirements and company safety policies.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Education:
    High School Diploma or Trade School equivalent
  • Minimum Work Experience:
    Five (5) years of warehouse, yard, or inventory management experience, preferably in commercial construction
  • Licensing & Physical Requirements:
    • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
    • CDL license preferred
    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
    • Capable of bending, climbing, kneeling, stooping, standing, and walking
    • Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • General commercial construction knowledge
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Experience with inventory systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer software
    • Experience operating construction equipment
    • Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred
