A Commercial Estimator Project Manager is a professional who combines the roles of estimating project costs and managing construction projects, primarily in the commercial sector. They are responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, bidding on projects, and overseeing the project from inception through completion. Their duties also include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills as well as knowledge of construction processes and materials.
