Role Description

The CabinCompletions Task Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating allactivities associated with the final aircraft cabin interior installationphase. This includes oversight of monument installation, linings, interiorsystems, seating, carpeting, plating, and final cabin finish activities.This positioncollaborates cross-functionally with planning, engineering, supply chain, andproduction leadership to ensure alignment of installation sequencing, materialreadiness, labor resources, and milestone tracking in support of on-timeaircraft delivery.

Essential Job Functions

        Lead and coordinate the Cabin Completionphase of aircraft programs, ensuring all interior installation activities areexecuted efficiently and aligned with project schedules and deliverymilestones.

        Oversee the sequencing and execution of allinterior installation disciplines, including monuments, linings, systemsintegration, seating, carpeting, plating, and final cabin finish.

        Maintain accountability for Action Cardtracking and closure across all program phases, including monitoring progress,driving issue resolution, escalating blockers, and reporting.

        Lead daily coordination and integrationmeetings with production teams and supporting departments to maintain alignmenton priorities, resources, and schedule commitments.

        Monitor progress toward cabin completionmilestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impactschedule, quality, or delivery readiness.

        Maintain continuous communication withProduction Leads and Managers to ensure operational alignment, efficientresource utilization, and timely issue resolution.

        Provide accurate milestone tracking, riskassessments, and status reporting to executive leadership and programmanagement.

        Ensure adherence to quality standards andreadiness for functional testing, regulatory inspections, and customeracceptance activities.

        Capture and document lessons learned tosupport continuous improvement initiatives and improve future programexecution.

        Foster a professional, disciplined, andmilestone-driven production environment focused on safety, quality, andschedule adherence.

        Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Education andExperience

        Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviationmanagement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.

        Minimum 5+ years of production leadershipexperience, preferably within aircraft completions, aerospace manufacturing, orcomplex installation environments.

        Demonstrated experience managing teams inhigh-mix or technically complex production environments.

        Strong technical problem-solving anddecision-making capabilities within complex aviation production environments.

        Excellent written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, customers,and executive leadership.

Required Skills and Abilities

        Strong understanding of aircraft buildprocesses, including fuselage structure, systems routing, and interiorinstallation phases.

        Highly organized with the ability to managecomplex schedules, materials, and cross-functional workflows.

        Strong leadership and communication skillswith the ability to lead meetings and coordinate activities across multipledepartments.
