To thrive as a Weekend Receptionist, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic administrative abilities, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with office phone systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications like Microsoft Office is typically required. Proactive communication with weekday staff about any ongoing issues or special instructions can also help ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
