JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support in the tasks and projects of the Barcelona office Recruitment team

 
DUTIES

Support in the department's administrative tasks:

  • Registering candidates in SAP
  • Managing the recruitment mailbox
  • Assisting with managing candidates during the forum period
  • Posting job advertisements on the different channels
  • Screening potential resumes
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Coordinating and conducting tests (such as psychometrics and English proficiency)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying toward a degree in law, business administration and management, or psychology
  • Currently studying toward a specific master's degree in human resources is advantageous
  • Intermediate level of English (B2)
