Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chantilly VA for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics, coordinate moving schedules, manage staff performance, and ensure high standards of service delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory for equipment and supplies, optimizing operational processes for efficiency, and addressing customer questions or concerns promptly. Consistently upholding safety and quality standards will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications (Bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking)
  • Experience in operational management, planning, and team supervision
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
