Marketing and Proposal Coordinator
Strategic Energy Solutions, Inc.® (SES)
Are you a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys bringing people, content, and deadlines together? We're looking for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join Strategic Energy Solutions, Inc.® (SES). In this role, you'll help coordinate proposals, create polished marketing materials, and support the communication efforts that connect our technical expertise with clients and communities.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate Proposals: Manage proposals and Statements of Qualification from kickoff through final submission, including schedules, deadlines, content collection, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Create Marketing Content: Help update project sheets, resumes, presentations, social media content, website materials, newsletters, award submissions, and other communications.
  • Bring Technical Stories to Life: Work with engineers, project managers, and leaders to turn project information and technical accomplishments into clear, engaging content.
  • Keep Materials Organized: Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, staff resumes, project information, photography, and marketing libraries.
  • Support Business Development: Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team to coordinate pursuits, presentations, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Improve the Process: Help create more consistent, proactive, and efficient proposal and communication workflows.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, formatting, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate contributors, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
