We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Implementations to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation projects for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership, client stakeholders, solution providers, and technical teams to coordinate and manage TPM implementation initiatives from planning through hypercare.

In addition to project delivery responsibilities, this role will also support business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, implementation planning discussions, and solution positioning support for prospective TPM clients.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, experience with enterprise business transformations, and the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and Supply Chain teams. Experience with TPM platforms such as Visualfabriq, Salesforce, XTEL, or similar solutions is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of TPM implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, functional, and technical workstreams.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical path activities.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with client and internal project teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and status reviews.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and project deviations proactively with recommendations for resolution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with client business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Data teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.

TPM Functional Support

  • Assist with TPM process discussions including:
    • Promotion planning
    • Financial management and accruals
    • Claims and deductions
    • Customer planning
    • Settlement and post-event analysis
    • Reporting and analytics
  • Support workshops for requirements gathering, solution validation, and testing coordination.
  • Coordinate integration activities involving ERP, data warehouse, middleware, and reporting systems.

Delivery Governance

  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
  • Monitor project KPIs including schedule adherence, scope management, defect tracking, and resource utilization.
  • Support change request and scope governance processes.
  • Ensure documentation standards and project controls are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Testing & Deployment Support

  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  • Track defects, testing progress, and resolution status.
  • Support deployment readiness assessments and go-live planning.

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support

  • Support business development activities for TPM opportunities within the CPG industry.
  • Assist with proposal development, scope definition, effort estimation, and timeline creation.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, capability presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Help prepare executive presentations, implementation approaches, and delivery models for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate internal contributors during proposal and pursuit activities.
  • Support development of reusable implementation assets, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives related to TPM implementations.
  • Assist with preparation for client workshops, RFP responses, and system implementation selection processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience supporting CPG or retail transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to travel 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TPM solutions such as Visualfabriq, Salesforce, XTEL, SAP TPM integrations, or other TPM/TPO platforms.
  • Knowledge of TPM business processes within CPG organizations.
  • Experience coordinating ERP integrations, especially with SAP.
  • Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience working in consulting or system integration environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should also be comfortable supporting pre-sales discussions and helping shape implementation approaches for prospective clients.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 110,000-280,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
