Senior Manager, Promotions

This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, will support the programming, optimization, and measurement of Priceline's promotional activities to drive commercial growth and brand consideration.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Promotions to help shape how Priceline's deals and promotional moments show up across the site and app.

This role will bring rigor to how our promotions are merchandised, tested, and measured - ensuring our deals are not only compelling but consistently optimized to drive bookings and customer engagement.


In this role you will get to:

  • Promotions Merchandising: Support the Promotions Manager in bringing promotional campaigns to life onsite, owning homepage hero content and select placements while helping optimize how deals are surfaced and merchandised across the Priceline experience.

  • Structured Experimentation: Develop a learning agenda and roadmap to continuously test and refine promotional elements such as deal framing, urgency messaging, homepage placements, landing page structures, and discount strategies to improve conversion and booking performance.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Establish frameworks for tracking promotional performance across site and app placements, defining success benchmarks and enabling consistent analysis of engagement and booking impact.

  • Manage High-Stakes Seasonality: Work with promotions manager to plan and execute high-stakes seasonal events with flawless precision.

  • Product Partnership: Partner with Product and Engineering to bring promotional needs and insights into feature development, helping shape tools and capabilities that improve how promotions are surfaced and optimized across the site.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams across Ad Sales, Messaging, Product, and Commercial partners, bringing clarity and alignment to complex initiatives with competing priorities and stakeholders.

  • QA Management: Lead and strengthen QA processes for promotions by establishing clear review workflows and launch readiness standards that ensure accurate and seamless execution.

  • Promotional Operations: Drive complex cross-functional promotional initiatives by establishing clear briefs, timelines, and operating processes that keep teams aligned and high-frequency launches on track.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Ecommerce Leader: 7-10+ years in ecommerce, site merchandising, retail promotions, or marketplace commerce within a large-scale consumer business.

  • Commercially Minded: You understand what makes a compelling deal and how promotional framing influences customer engagement and bookings.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You are comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into improvements for future promotions. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Technical Collaborator: You are comfortable partnering with Product and Engineering teams and can help translate promotional needs into product requirements.

  • Operationally Strong: You enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives and building the processes that allow teams to execute high-frequency promotions smoothly.

  • Team Leader and Mentor: You will provide guidance and mentorship, helping them grow their skills while maintaining high standards for execution and collaboration.

  • Tools & Platforms: Experience working with Contentful or similar CMS platforms, as well as merchandising tools, analytics tools, or similar systems used to launch and manage onsite promotions.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $130,000- $160,000 USD.
