Casa Healthcare is seeking a motivated and dedicated Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare leadership and facility management while working directly under experienced administrators within our organization.

As an AIT, you’ll participate in all aspects of facility operations — including personnel management, budgeting and finance, compliance, and strategic planning. This program is designed to prepare you for a future leadership role as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

What You’ll Do
  • Work alongside senior administrators to learn the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility

  • Develop skills in team leadership, recruiting, training, and performance management

  • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Learn to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations

  • Collaborate with department heads to achieve organizational goals and improve quality of care

  • Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous long-term care nursing home experience (required)

  • Currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator or completion of an AIT program (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — a true “people person”

  • Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check
