Technical Program Product Manager (Contract)
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $70–$80/hour DOE

About the Role

We are supporting a global technology leader in hiring a Technical Program Product Manager to join a new and rapidly growing team within the payments space. This team is focused on building innovative solutions and shaping the future direction of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on cutting-edge technology initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive technical programs and product initiatives from concept through deployment
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, business stakeholders, and operations teams
  • Support reliability testing initiatives for advanced hardware systems
  • Coordinate software release processes and deployment readiness
  • Work closely with both technical and non-technical business owners to deliver results
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Contribute to scaling an innovative and fast-growing business area

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of industry experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, or Technical Program/Product Manager
  • Strong experience with embedded systems or device-based environments
  • Experience with hardware test systems or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
  • Experience managing or supporting software release processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and organizations
  • Strong product and program management capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML
  • Experience working in fast-paced technical environments
  • Ability to bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders
