What you can expect
You'll own a scoped initiative that shapes Zoom's self-service purchase experience. Working cross-functionally, you'll analyze, build, and launch improvements that impact millions of customers. Expect mentorship from senior PMs and exposure to the full Online Business stack.
About the Team
The Online Business team owns Zoom's self-service revenue engine - the web and mobile experiences through which millions of customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Zoom products. We build and optimize the end-to-end purchase experience.
Responsibilities
  • Owning a scoped initiative: defining the problem, writing requirements, aligning stakeholders, and tracking outcomes through launch.
  • Partnering with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ship improvements to pricing pages, buy flows, and upsell/cross-sell surfaces.
  • Analyzing funnel performance to identify drop-off points and surface optimization opportunities.
  • Contributing to instrumentation planning by defining event tracking schemas and success metrics for new features.
  • Supporting A/B test design and readout, translating results into clear product recommendations.
  • Writing structured Jira stories and PRDs that engineering teams can act on.

What we're looking for
  • Communicate clearly in writing to turn ambiguous problems into crisp, structured documents.
  • Demonstrate analytical curiosity and comfort pulling data to build a point of view.
  • Show familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer product concepts through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Manage competing priorities and collaborate cross-functionally without losing focus.
  • Use product analytics tools hands-on.
  • Apply knowledge of A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
  • Work with agile tools such as Jira or Confluence.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
