Job Summary

We are currently hiring for a Program Manager for a unique long-term opportunity. The individual manages all aspects of a highly complex and visible program(s) for the DuPont enterprise. Establishes detailed program plans. Develops business cases/cost benefit analyses. Identifies and coordinates all necessary resources. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all contracts (Manufacturing Product agreements, Contract Manufacturing agreements, Operation Service agreements, Transition Service agreements, Site Service agreements) between DuPont, Corteva, Dow, Celanese, TJC, Electronics Co, FMC, and Chemours. DuPont may be the seller / provider and / or the buyer / recipient of products and / or services.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

DESIGN AND STAND THE TSA AND OPERATING AGREEMENTS BUSINESS PROCESS COMPETENCY:

  • Design comprehensive managing process to support run & maintain activities

  • Create necessary monitoring tools to enable efficient issues management tracking process

  • Implement governance rituals and lead disciplined engagements with businesses and third parties

SETTING UP CONTRACTS:

  • Create contracts - terms & conditions including pricing

  • Organize process

  • Track process to create contracts including change control

  • Set-up relationships between legal entities

  • Execute contracts

ADMINISTER CONTRACTS:

  • Maintain and administer contracts post-closing

  • Lead issues management process, resolve escalated issues

  • Track past due payment

  • Terminate contracts

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (in Business or Finance preferred) or a related field

  • 10+ years experience in Contract Administration

  • Business process (S&OP, Product Line management, Manufacturing) related experience working in a similar role

  • Contract and Project Management

  • Attention to detail

  • Sound networking - within the company and across companies

  • Demonstrated Leadership

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field

  • Global M&A experience

  • Supply Chain
