Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global Security Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex, multi-site security and infrastructure programs across domestic and international locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global program delivery, physical security technology, infrastructure deployments, vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinate internal and external teams, and successfully execute technology rollouts with minimal disruption to operational facilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level program/project manager who combines strong enterprise program management skills with physical security/infrastructure deployment experience and a proven track record of delivering complex multi-site programs in operational or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global, multi-site security and infrastructure programs involving multiple facilities and regions.
  • Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate security, IT, HR, EHS, plant operations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Manage system integrators, technology vendors, contractors, and other third-party partners.
  • Support RFPs, procurement activities, SOW development, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Track project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts, and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead site readiness, deployment, migration, cutover, and implementation activities.
  • Develop change-management and cutover strategies to minimize operational disruption.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation activities throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, KPI tracking, milestone updates, and steering committee presentations.
  • Ensure appropriate project governance, documentation, and stage-gate approvals.
  • Coordinate teams across multiple time zones and international locations.
  • Support compliance-driven initiatives and maintain appropriate audit/project evidence.
  • Work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, or operational facility environments.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site technology or infrastructure deployments.
  • Experience with physical security, security technology, infrastructure, or related enterprise programs.
  • Strong vendor, systems integrator, and contractor management experience.
  • Experience with budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting, and TCO management.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, and cutover planning.
  • Experience with RFP/procurement processes and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate global teams across multiple time zones.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is preferred.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, chemical, energy, or other large-facility experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
