This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence program success, mitigate risk, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Overview
  • This is a true Program Manager role, NOT a Project Manager position. Candidates must have experience in that capacity.
  • We are seeking a hands-on high level Program Manager to lead a high-visibility data migration program that requires stronger structure, execution, and momentum.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in complex environments and can quickly bring clarity, alignment, and progress across multiple interdependent initiatives.
  • You will play a critical role in driving delivery, owning the program end-to-end, managing cross-functional dependencies, and engaging with top leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
  • This is not a coordination-only role; we are looking for someone who actively drives execution and delivers results.
Key Responsibilities & Demonstrated ExperienceProgram Ownership & Execution
  • Take full ownership of a complex, in-flight program and drive it to successful delivery
  • Build and execute a clear, actionable roadmap across multiple workstreams
  • Shift teams from planning stages into execution and measurable outcomes
Data Migration Leadership
  • Lead enterprise-scale data migration initiatives from planning through execution and cutover
  • Manage risks, timelines, and data integrity across multiple systems
  • Coordinate across data, engineering, and business teams
Program Planning & Dependency Management
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans (MS Project or similar)
  • Identify and proactively manage cross-project dependencies and risks
  • Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Engage and influence VP-level stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Lead steering committees and deliver executive-level status reporting
  • Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and drive alignment
Governance, Reporting & Metrics
  • Implement and enforce program governance frameworks
  • Define and track KPIs and delivery metrics
  • Use tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) to generate meaningful reporting and insights
Driving Velocity & Accountability
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to increase team velocity
  • Hold teams accountable while fostering strong collaboration
  • Ensure consistent progress and delivery against commitments
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Align multiple teams across technology, data, and business functions
  • Drive clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Promote transparency and ensure teams are working toward shared outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a high level Program Manager leading large, complex programs end-to-end
  • Strong experience within financial services or banking environments
  • Demonstrated success leading data migration programs at scale
  • Expertise in project planning, dependency management, and program governance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including VP-level engagement
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, reporting, and metrics
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes and improving delivery velocity
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • A true โ€œdoerโ€โ€”someone who takes initiative and drives results
  • A leader who can step into a challenging environment and quickly create clarity and structure
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and execute at all levels
  • Proven ability to turn around programs that are stalled or lacking momentum
