Job description

Resource Innovationsย is seeking a full-time Program Delivery Consultant to support programs within our Northwest transportation electrification portfolio.ย 

This role willย directly contribute to advancingย utility-ย and government-fundedย transportation electrification effortsย operatingย across Oregon and Washington.ย This is an excellent opportunity forย professionals looking toย build their career in theย clean energy spaceย andย gain hands-on experience in clean energy program administration.ย In this role, you willย supportย an existing project delivery teamย toย meet program goals andย objectives, includingย reviewing transportationย electrification grantย applications, coordinatingย programย activitiesย withย partners and clients, andย executing on key deliverables.ย You will add to your skillset by learningย firsthandย how clean energy programs are administeredย - from e-bikeย rebates to transportation electrificationย grants,ย and other clean energy projects,ย this role willย grow withย your dedication andย best-in-classย delivery of the programs you're working to support.ย ย 

The ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing or coordinating programs and/or projects, enjoys working with diverse teams, has excellent time management skills, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing. You have a passion for learning, equitable clean energy access, and a basic understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience.ย

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supportย the Program Delivery Managers in allย facetsย of the programย to ensure program KPIsย and deliverables areย completed on schedule
    • Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolioย ย 
    • Coordinate with internal/external program stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables are completed on timeย 
    • Support team as needed in monitoring budgets, analyzing trends, assisting with invoicing, and reporting program financialsย 
    • Review and evaluate grant applications against program eligibility and scoring criteriaย 
    • Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance
  • 2+ years working in a related field such as energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energyย 
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย 
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobatย 
  • Interest in transportation electrification, clean energy, or environmental equityย 
  • Passion for equitable clean energy access and an understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilienceย 
  • Comfort working with teams in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.ย  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $60,000-$85,000.ย In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.ย  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.ย Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.ย
