Program Administrator Plainville Family Resource Network (PFRN) 12 Month Position
Are you a visionary leader dedicated to strengthening families and building community? Plainville Community Schools is seeking a dynamic Program Administrator to lead the Plainville Family Resource Network (PFRN).
In this role, you won't just manage a program; you will be the heartbeat of a school-based support system that empowers families, promotes social-emotional learning, and ensures every child in Plainville has an equitable path to success.

As the leader of the PFRN, you will bridge the gap between schools, homes, and the community. Your mission is to provide comprehensive support services that align with the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) and the strategic goals of our district.
Your core pillars of influence will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of excellence and state compliance.
- Family Empowerment: Managing the Parents As Teachers (PAT) home visitation program and collaborating with Adult Education to provide ESL, ABE, and GED classes.
- Community Advocacy: Building powerful partnerships with local agencies, non-profits, and state legislators to advocate for and sustain vital funding.
- Program Growth: Driving innovation through strategic grant management and pursuing new private funding to expand our reach.
What You'll Do
- Supervise & Mentor: Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of professional growth and best practices.
- Collaborate: Partner with the PCS Special Services Department and the CT Family Resource Center Alliance to ensure integrated, accessible service delivery.
- Management & Fiscal Oversight: Take ownership of grant renewals, budget development, and data reporting to ensure the PFRN remains a sustainable, high-impact resource.
- Champion Equity: Ensure all programming is culturally responsive, family-centered, and aligned with National Family Support Network (NFSN) quality standards.

Master's degree in Child Development, Early Care and Education, Public Administration, or related field required
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
