What you'll do
  • Lead preparation for high-impact commercial opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, value proposition development, and pitch construction
  • Develop strategic narratives, supporting analysis, and materials to support key partnerships
  • Build and pressure-test the analytical case for entering new geographic markets, including market sizing, regulatory mapping, competitive dynamics, and go-to-market sequencing
  • Partner with product, engineering, and commercial leadership to shape and evaluate product expansion strategy, translating market signals into prioritized opportunities
  • Build financial and operating models to size opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and inform investment decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across legal, finance, product, and commercial teams to move strategic initiatives from concept to execution
  • Represent the team in external meetings with prospective partners, advisors, and counterparties
  • Stay close to industry trends, competitive moves, and regulatory developments across relevant markets
You are likely to succeed if you have
  • 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or equivalent), with strategy work in financial services, payments, or technology preferred
  • Alternatively, comparable experience in a corporate strategy, strategic finance, or growth role at a high-performing fintech, payments, or technology company
  • A track record of structuring ambiguous problems, driving to clear answers, and translating analysis into decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible to executive audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in building executive-quality decks and analytical models
  • Comfort operating with limited oversight in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to drive cross-functional execution
  • Intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and a bias toward action

  • Direct exposure to financial technology, payments, stablecoins, or digital assets
  • Experience with B2B sales strategy or partnerships in a financial services context
