Department Overview

The Global Product Group ("GPG") is a component of the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") that is responsible for the investor product lifecycle, spanning product ideation and development, product marketing and execution, product management and reporting. The team oversees, manages and seeks to optimize the Firm's existing suite of investor products. GPG collaborates with Firm leadership and business unit leaders to plan and execute high impact projects such as new fund launches, product extensions, customized separate account vehicles and new multi-product strategic partnerships. The team also serves as the product expert for the Firm's investor product offerings.

Position Responsibilities

The individual will support IPG's sales efforts by managing and creating compelling investor marketing materials.

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating and ensuring on-time completion for recurring materials (e.g., product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts, internal communications)
  • Assisting in the creation of new content and materials with a focus on clear visual flow and storytelling
  • Develop ad-hoc client deliverables (e.g., custom presentations, exhibits), incorporating feedback and completing approval processes
  • Coordinate with Product Materials approvers and Compliance to ensure materials are approved and meet regulatory and jurisdictional requirements
  • Analyzing product and investment data to extract insights and integrate them into cohesive narratives that reinforce consistent messaging
  • Participating in internal projects that support fundraising and firmwide marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2 years of relevant product and / or materials experience at an asset management firm
  • Understanding of private debt or fixed income is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with Seismic is preferred
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requests
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs

Compensation and Benefits

For Illinois and New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $145,000 to $165,000 for a Senior Associate and $115,000 to $140,000 for an Associate. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
