Position Summary

Crow Holdings seeks a highly motivated Content Strategy Associate to support the development of compelling content that brings the firm’s history, culture, and brand to life. This role will help identify, organize, and translate meaningful company milestones, stories, and legacy assets into engaging marketing and communications materials. The role will also help steward historical collections and institutional knowledge across Crow Holdings and affiliated entities. Working closely with the Marketing team and key internal and external stakeholders, the Content Strategy Associate will contribute to brand storytelling, employee engagement, publications, social media, events, and other initiatives that showcase Crow Holdings’ history and heritage while reinforcing the firm’s values, reputation, and continued growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and maintenance of the company’s archives, historical records, photographs, publications, digital assets, and institutional knowledge across Crow Holdings and affiliated entities
  • Research company history and identify stories, milestones, and historical content that support marketing and communications initiatives
  • Develop written content for presentations, employee communications, websites, social media, and brand campaigns
  • Partner with Marketing and Family Office teams to incorporate heritage content into campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Assist with digitization, cataloging, metadata tagging, and content organization projects; verify information to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Respond to internal requests for historical information, imagery, and supporting materials
  • Help develop timelines, exhibits, heritage collections, and anniversary-related content
  • Support administration of digital collections management system, Axiell Collections
  • Identify opportunities to transform archival materials into compelling marketing content

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, History, or a related field required
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content development, or public relations required
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
