Job Description

As a valued contributor on our Single Family Product, Policy and Guide Team, you will support strategy development, market insights, opportunity identification, competitive intelligence, and business case analysis that inform product, policy, and distribution priorities. You will help gather, analyze, and synthesize data and stakeholder input to support recommendations aligned to enterprise and Single Family objectives.

In this role, you will contribute to strategic analysis across products, policies, publications, and distribution channels. You will support work related to market sizing, segmentation, adoption analysis, opportunity identification, competitive landscape assessments, SWOT analysis, and right-to-win evaluation.

You will help develop materials, analysis, and frameworks that assess business value, strategic fit, stakeholder impact, and execution considerations. Your work will support clear recommendations that connect insights to measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Strategy and Insights team members, Product Management, Policy, Technology, Marketing, Market Engagement/Sales and other stakeholders to help translate research and analysis into actionable insights. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

The Single Family Products and Strategy Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support strategy and insights work across product, policy, and distribution priorities aligned to enterprise and Single Family objectives.

  • Conduct research and analysis related to market sizing, segmentation, adoption trends, opportunity identification, and prioritization.

  • Assist with competitive intelligence activities, including competitive landscape reviews, differentiator analysis, right-to-win evaluation, and SWOT analysis.

  • Contribute to business case development, value assessments, and prioritization frameworks that support strategic decision-making.

  • Gather and synthesize data, market information, stakeholder input, and product or policy considerations into clear insights.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

  • Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

  • Experience in a management consulting environment (including internships or consulting-focused academic projects) with exposure to strategic analysis, market research, business case development, or client-facing problem solving.
