Job description

Lead executive-ready program reporting and governance for Global Security Product Strategy, turning complex data into clear insights that drive aligned decisions and on-time delivery.

 As a Program Manager within within our Global Security Product Strategy Team, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution through program reporting, governance, and executive communications. You will own the operating cadence for key governance forums, ensuring materials are accurate, timely, and decision ready, while maintaining program board hygiene to provide clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions. Partnering with product, operations, and technology stakeholders, you will align inputs and messaging and use strong analytics and storytelling to deliver concise insights and recommendations for senior audiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business and operational topics into concise executive narratives, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Synthesize program and operational data into structured frameworks that support business cases, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor program health using analytics to track progress, identify risks/issues, and recommend corrective actions to meet commitments.
  • Support strategic planning by evaluating scenarios, identifying opportunities, and contributing to prioritization and roadmap discussions.
  • Run the day-to-day cadence of the Product PMO, ensuring governance forums are well-orchestrated and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Coordinate meeting planning, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups to ensure readiness across recurring forums and reporting cycles.
  • Maintain program board hygiene and reporting documentation, capturing decisions, actions, owners, and timelines consistently.
  • Manage and improve governance tooling (e.g., Monday.com boards) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and dependable communication.
  • Deliver end-to-end reporting packages aligned to product strategy, with clear status, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Automate repeatable workflows and reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to gather inputs, align messaging, and drive consensus.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience leading or supporting complex programs/projects across multiple business units.
  • Prior experience at a leading consulting firm with a proven track record in executive communications, reporting, and/or program management.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com, including strong deck-building and data visualization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business context, assess processes, and synthesize information into clear narratives for senior audiences.
  • Strong data analytics capability-able to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to program execution decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across levels and functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to change while delivering under tight deadlines and a strong customer-service mindset.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting and/or operating within a Program Management Office or formal governance structure.
  • Experience implementing automation for reporting and workflow orchestration (e.g., process standardization, tooling improvements).
