Position Overview
Teaching Strategies is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and delivery of our Childcare Center Management platform, including billing, staffing, enrollment, and classroom operations.
You will work closely with Product leadership, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-quality product experiences quickly and effectively. This role is designed for someone who is excited to both leverage AI in how products are built and contribute to AI-powered features that improve customer workflows.
Success in this role will involve using AI development practices to efficiently build requirements and prototypes for key features that will deliver administrator workflows that are intuitive and effective as well as supporting the successful launch and adoption of AI-powered features. You will contribute to improving key metrics like active usage, engagement and customer satisfaction and use data and experimentation to inform decisions and priorities.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-impact product features that solve customer problems.
  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own specific features or workflows end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate product development, including requirements definition, prototyping,
    and documentation.
  • Support development and iteration of AI-powered features, including evaluating outputs,
    gathering feedback, and improving user experience.
  • Engage customers and internal stakeholders to validate concepts and inform prioritization.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing features, bugs, and technical debt.
  • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Support experimentation and feature validation using data and user feedback.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality product increments quickly in a fast-paced, agile
    environment.
  • Communicate product updates and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical
    audiences.
  • Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Support product discovery through research, competitive analysis, and evaluation of emerging AI
    capabilities.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to incorporate feedback into continuous
    improvement
  • Create knowledge base articles, go-to-market materials and participate in training for customer-facing teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS or consumer software products in cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years working in an agile/scrum environment in a product or related role.
  • Experience using AI tools to support product development (e.g., requirements, prototyping, analysis).
  • Strong interest in AI/ML and how it can improve both product experiences and development workflows.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Design, Marketing and Product teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (technical or design background a plus).
  • Experience in edtech, early childhood education, payments, or operational SaaS workflows is a plus.
