Job description

Content Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, production, and maintenance of support and onboarding content for customers and internal teams.
  • Transform complex workflows into clear, accessible materials.
  • Maintain an organized and current content library.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research.
  • Manage survey feedback, ensuring insights reach the appropriate teams for timely follow‑up.
Content Project Manager Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical writing or content management, preferably in edTech or SaaS.
  • Strong ownership and organization of documentation processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint.
  • Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms
