This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization producing highly engineered components used in critical healthcare and surgical applications worldwide. The company is heavily investing in technology, automation, people, and operational excellence — and is looking for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environments.

If you’re passionate about scientific molding, process optimization, team leadership, and building scalable manufacturing systems, this role offers significant visibility, influence, and long-term career growth.

  • Oversee process validations including IQ/OQ/PQ activities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and customer/regulatory requirements

  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Develop standardized work instructions, documentation, and process controls
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and customer-related process issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Support equipment selection, vendor evaluation, and capital improvement efforts
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent while strengthening technical capabilities across operations

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of plastics injection molding experience
  • Strong background in manufacturing process development and validation
  • Experience with scientific molding methodologies
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of process documentation and quality systems
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • RJG Master Molder I or II certification
  • Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Experience with IQMS or similar ERP/MRP systems
  • LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) processing experience

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • High-growth organization with major investment in operations and technology
  • Work on products that directly impact patient care and medical innovation
  • Strong executive support for engineering and operational excellence
  • Collaborative, technically driven culture
  • Opportunity to influence strategy, scalability, and process innovation
  • Competitive compensation and outstanding benefits package
