You?ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Process Control Plans (PCP) and PFMEA, with performance measured by RPN reduction, first-pass yield, and warranty improvement. As the Quality Engineering Manager, you?ll need to bring strong communication and technical writing skills with an ability to lead, coach, and manage multiple priorities. You?ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
