Quality Engineering Manager Salary up to $145,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the US Mid-WestWe are seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Manager to drive customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement and robust quality systems. You?ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Process Control Plans (PCP) and PFMEA, with performance measured by RPN reduction, first-pass yield, and warranty improvement. As the Quality Engineering Manager, you?ll need to bring strong communication and technical writing skills with an ability to lead, coach, and manage multiple priorities. You?ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
