Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing quality operations in a machining environment
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of quality issues
• Support Scrap, Non-Conforming Material (NCM), MRB, and Cleanliness Testing processes
• Act as primary Quality Engineer for machining, plating, welding, and assembly departments
• Investigate production quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data
• Support quality reporting and automated data collection systems
• Coordinate with production, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Conduct inspections and evaluate manufacturing processes for compliance
• Assist with engineering standards, specifications, and process improvements
