Are you a Quality Engineer or Manager from an electrical or technical manufacturing background looking to take full ownership of a quality department and progress into senior leadership?


On offer is the chance to revamp and lead the quality function for a respected, growing manufacturer, with hands-on mentorship from the outgoing Quality Manager and clear routes to progress into senior or cross-departmental roles.

In this role, you will take ownership of the quality management system, revamping processes and SOPs to ensure accuracy and full compliance with all relevant industry and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of quality inspectors, oversee the testing department, and work closely with production and supply chain teams to manage workflow and ensure every product is correctly assembled, labelled, and shipped to specification.


This role is ideal for a Quality Engineer or Manager from an electrical or technical manufacturing background, ideally with ISO 9001 experience, looking to build out quality systems and lead a team within a growing business.


The Role:

  • Take ownership of the quality management system, revamping processes and SOPs to meet all relevant industry and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors and oversee the testing department.
  • Work closely with production and supply chain teams to manage workflow and ensure products are correctly assembled, labelled, and shipped.


The Person:

  • Quality background within electrical or technical manufacturing
  • ISO 9001 experience, ideally having built out or improved quality systems.
  • Team lead or supervisory experience, with any ERP system an advantage.
