Job description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager in the Sparta, TN area.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the quality department and providing oversight to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other support staff.

  • Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.

  • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements

  • Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns

  • Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards

  • Providing support to the companyโ€™s other regional sites when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering

  • 6+ years of quality engineering experience

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably within quality, engineering, or operations.

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
