RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform broad range or process engineering fundamentalsDevelop heat and material balancesDevelop process flow diagramsDevelop process specifications for equipmentDevelop hydraulic circuit pressure drop analysisDevelop heat integration/recovery analysisDevelop preliminary piping and instrumentation diagramsDevelop and directs process unit test runsTroubleshoot client processesDevelop process designsDevelop relief valve design and validation per API RP 520/521Provide written process narratives and process engineering reportsDirectly interface with clientsInterface with the multidiscipline detailed design groupAssists Sr. Estimator and Scheduler in the development of cost estimating, scheduling, and resource allocationPerform at or below project udgetActively pursue professional engineering license (if not already licensed) III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:B.
