This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, case strategy, and negotiating favorable settlements prior to litigation while making a meaningful impact for clients.

This position focuses on managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement, working closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers in a supportive environment that removes the pressure of traditional billable hours through a performance-driven compensation model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution.
