Position Title: Pre-litigation Case Manager
The Pre-litigation Case Manager plays a crucial role in a dynamic and rapidly growing firm. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in personal injury claims, particularly those experienced in managing diverse case types. The role requires a proactive approach to case management, ensuring that clients receive timely updates and support throughout the legal process. Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE
Pre-litigation Case Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies
  • Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Provide regular updates to clients on case progress
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and court filings, when needed
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal team members
  • Report directly to management while adapting to potential changes in supervision
  • Handle a caseload of approximately 50-70 cases

Pre-litigation Case Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, with exposure to ride share claims, premise cases, and government cases
  • Experience managing 50 or more cases
  • Experience with both bodily injury and property damage claims
  • Degree is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
