Job description

Description
Remote Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Auto Accident Focus) - Tampa.
Are you a skilled Pre-Litigation Case Manager with 5+ years of experience in auto accident personal injury law, fluent in Spanish and English, and ready to be part of something bigger?
At Inkelaar Law, we believe our work is a calling. We serve those who have been taken advantage of by the system, giving a voice to those who often go unheard. With honesty and compassion at the heart of everything we do, we fight for what's right, one case at a time.
We're seeking a Remote Pre-Litigation Case Manager who embodies professionalism, consistency, and heart. If you're looking for more than a job-and want your skills to truly matter-you may be the perfect fit.
If you do not have at least 5 years of solid experience in pre-litigation personal injury, or if your job history shows frequent moves, this is not the role for you.
But if you bring the experience, dedication, and integrity, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation auto accident cases from start to finish
  • Help clients navigate their treatment, coordinate medical care, and handle property damage claims
  • Draft strong, fact-driven settlement demands and negotiate reductions on liens and medical bills
  • Keep cases moving forward with accountability and precision
  • Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal leadership while managing your time independently
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and compassion

What We're Looking For:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager handling auto accident injury cases
  • Strong communicator who is personable, honest, and client-centered
  • Organized and results-driven with a proven ability to meet goals and move cases
  • Stable employment history-we are looking for long-term team members, not short-term placements
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and committed to consistent performance and attendance

Why Inkelaar Law?
Because we do this for the right reasons.
We don't just process cases-we restore dignity.
We stand up for people who've been silenced, ignored, or pushed aside by the system.
We offer more than legal help-we offer hope, backed by results.
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
  • Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to case progression and settlement milestones
  • Long-term opportunity with room for advancement

Schedule & Location:
  • Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Fully remote for qualified candidates who meet all requirements

How to Apply:
If you're experienced, dependable, and driven by purpose, we invite you to apply.
If you don't meet the experience level or have not demonstrated job consistency, please do not apply.
We are looking for the right person-someone who's ready to help us deliver the Justice You Deserve.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated caseload of pre-litigation auto accident cases (primarily based in Tampa, FL) from intake through resolution, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and clients are fully supported.
Coordinate vehicle property damage claims, assist with all stages of client medical treatment, and ensure timely collection of medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
Draft compelling and accurate settlement demands, prepare detailed settlement statements, and negotiate reductions with providers and lienholders to maximize client recovery.
Contribute to claim resolution and litigation readiness, including preparation for mediation and trial referral when necessary.
Execute all case-related administrative tasks with precision and urgency, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain high-quality standards, strict confidentiality, and a consistent focus on doing things the right way, even under pressure.
Follow proven procedures while exercising sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to problem-solve in a remote environment.
• Stay accountable to goals, timelines, and client expectations, demonstrating reliability, ownership, and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, contributing to a team culture focused on results, client care, and operational mastery.
• Maintain a full-time schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with availability during business hours for client contact, team check-ins, and attorney collaboration.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills-you speak with clarity, write with precision, and connect confidently with both clients and colleagues.
Strong ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and deadlines.
Composure under pressure-you thrive in fast-paced environments and keep things moving when it matters most.
Exceptional organizational skills-you know where every case stands and can prioritize without losing track.
Proven problem-solving mindset-you find solutions, not excuses.
High level of emotional intelligence-you understand your audience and adjust your communication style accordingly.
Commitment to consistency-you meet deadlines, follow through on tasks, and never leave clients wondering.
Discretion and integrity-you handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Tech-savvy mindset-you're comfortable using legal case management tools and remote communication platforms.
Collaborative spirit-you work well with attorneys, paralegals, and staff, even across virtual teams.
