Well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff's law firm in Houston, Texas is seeking to add a new Pre Litigation Attorney to our rapidly growing law firm.
This position is an excellent opportunity for: 1) Small firm or solo attorneys who want an established firm and a steady flow of work; 2) Defense attorneys seeking the right opportunity to switch sides; or 3) younger associates with a burning desire to kick start their career as a personal injury trial lawyer with the opportunity to earn fee splits/commissions on cases. Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in personal injury handling pre litigation matters and has had previous experience with:
  • Managing 300 cases in pre-litigation;
  • Reviewing drafted demands;
  • Negotiating settlements;
  • Supervising Case Managers and track case progression;
  • Counsel clients;

For this position, the firm offers full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing. We also pay attorneys referral fees for any cases generated.
