We are a fast-paced, client-focused Personal Injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and results. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager’s Assistant to support our case managers in handling pre-litigation personal injury matters.

Position Summary:
The Case Manager’s Assistant provides administrative and case support to Case Managers throughout the personal injury claims. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist case managers with day-to-day handling of personal injury files
  • Request and follow up on medical records and bills
  • Communicate with clients regarding treatment status and updates
  • Schedule client appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update ATO case management software
  • Draft basic correspondence and status letters
  • Upload documents and maintain organized digital files
  • Follow up with providers, insurance adjusters, and clients

Qualifications:

  • Prior personal injury experience preferred (but not required)
  • Experience with ATO case management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
