Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced personal injury environment.


The Case Manager Assistant will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to support the day-to-day management of cases including client communication case organization and administrative support throughout the pre-litigation process.


Responsibilities

  • Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management
  • Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation
  • Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received
  • Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
  • Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression
  • Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials, as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a legal administrative role. Personal injury experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with relevant legal experience in other practice areas will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable, with a strong work ethic and follow-through.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to learn legal processes quickly and follow established procedures.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00
