CASE MANAGER | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $60K- $85K

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager who is passionate about helping clients and keeping cases organized and progressing efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Case Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties
  • Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials
  • Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
  • Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations
  • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
  • Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
  • Proficient with standard office and productivity software
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
  • Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Prior litigation experience is a plus
