Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, client-focused, and experienced managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from inception to settlement
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and treatment updates
  • Coordinate medical treatment and gather medical records/bills
  • Assist attorneys with case development and demand preparation
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
  • Review accident reports, liens, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in case management software
  • Assist with intake and onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Experience handling high-volume caseloads
  • Familiarity with personal injury case management software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
