Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners
  • Develop short- and long-term production plans to meet customer demand and business objective
  • Standardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organization
  • Support audits, executive reviews, and operational readiness initiative
  • Oversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP)
  • Analyze demand and supply signals to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Review and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvement

  • Support new product launches (NPL) and product ramps, ensuring supply readiness
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constrains

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, or operations, with 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of assembly/test operations
  • Hands-on experience with MRP, MPS, S&OP, and long lead-time management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
  • APICS certification is a plus

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or PHD without work experience; or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $120,700.00 - $205,200.00 Annually
