JOB SUMMARY

Drives planning team to achieve continuous improvement in key materials metrics and provides exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders. Leads planning functions across multiple sites, driving standardized planning processes, alignment of planning strategies, and consistent execution of production planning objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the management, leadership and development of the Planning Department across multiple assigned sites.
  • Oversee 12 direct reports.
  • Creates and implements new planning strategies.
  • Reviews capacity modules and schedules.
  • Ensures material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
  • Monitors Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
  • Ensures robust processes and documentation such as procedures and work instructions are implemented and maintained.
  • Has responsibility for departmental budgeting.
  • Analyzes revenue trends for the plant and provides updates to stakeholders.
  • Leads and develops Master Planners and Planning teams across assigned sites to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Drives standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, metrics, and best practices across all assigned sites.
  • Serves as a member of the local Site Senior Leadership Team, providing planning and materials leadership while acting as a key liaison to the Materials Manager supporting multiple sites.
  • Supports cross-site collaboration and alignment through regular engagement with planning, operations, and materials leadership teams.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
  • Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations while driving standardized processes and organizational alignment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 9 to 12 years related Materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
  • APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%+ to support assigned sites and business objectives.

The pay range for this role is $98,200 - $176,800. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 25, 2026. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
