Wollaston Alloys dba CPP Boston is seeking a Sales & Planning Manager. This newly created position is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced company that has continued to grow over the past 60 years. The Sales & Planning Manager provides leadership for forecasting, quoting strategy, production scheduling, demand management, and serves as the primary escalation point between Sales and Planning. The role ensures alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead Sales & Planning activities for our Steel and Aluminum Foundries.

Receive and review customer demand forecasts. Establish quoting and scheduling policies. Serve as the point of escalation for customer concerns.

Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity. Review forecasts, backlog, and capacity and adjust lead times accordingly. Develop planning reports and KPIs.

Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling and customer responsiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field preferred. 5+ years of sales planning, production control or operations leadership experience.

Proven leadership ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills including Excel This is a management position This is a full time position Pay Range: Annual salary starts at $130,000 USD based on experience.
