Job description

Before we get started:

Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience.

Who we are:

Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.

Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

How you’ll be impactful:

As the Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Creative) for Keen, you will sit at the intersection of media buying, marketing technology, and creative strategy. Working closely with our Director of Performance Marketing, you will be highly impactful by managing the day-to-day execution of Paid Social and Search campaigns, while acting as the bridge between data and creative asset development. By blending a technical mindset with a keen eye for what stops the scroll on Meta and TikTok, you will directly scale Keen’s market leadership and help more users find the guidance they need.

Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Drive Paid Social & Search Execution: Manage the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Apple Search Ads to maximize acquisition efficiency.
  • Own the Performance Creative & Landing Page Pipeline: Act as a "performance creative manager." You will develop data‑driven creative briefs, ideate hooks and formats for Paid Social, and analyze creative fatigue. Crucially, you will extend this creative vision to the post‑click experience-partnering with designers and copywriters to optimize and build high‑converting landing pages that match our ad creative and maximize conversion rates.
  • Champion Marketing Technology & Tracking: Ensure the technical hygiene of our accounts. Partner with our product and data teams to manage pixel implementations, custom conversion setups, and data feeds.
  • Data Engineering & Analytics Partnership: Act as a growth marketing liaison to our Data Engineering and Analytics teams. You will collaborate closely to build robust data feeds, refine attribution modeling, and translate raw data into actionable insights that optimize our media spend.
  • Run Rigorous A/B Tests: Foster a culture of "test and learn" by executing continuous experiments across creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation to systematically improve CAC and post‑click conversion performance.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Keep a close eye on the numbers. You will build and maintain performance dashboards, analyzing daily/weekly creative performance, landing page conversion rates, and overall channel health to surface growth opportunities.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Paid Social (Meta/TikTok) for a high‑volume B2C marketplace, mobile app, or e‑commerce environment.
  • Creative Strategy Chops: A proven track record of designing, briefing, and analyzing performance creative. You understand what makes a video or static ad convert and how to iterate on winning concepts based on data.
  • MarTech Savvy: Strong technical comfort with marketing infrastructure—including web pixels, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs (CAPI), and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Analytical Rigor: You love data and are highly comfortable manipulating metrics in Excel or Google Sheets to find performance trends and creative optimization opportunities.
  • AI‑Forward Mindset: You actively utilize AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, brainstorm ad hooks, generate asset variations, or speed up performance data analysis.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work alongside a friendly, talented, and highly collaborative team
  • Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous holiday and PTO policies (including Birthday PTO!)
  • Summer Fridays
  • Technology stipend
  • 401k matching program
  • LunchWellness allowance
  • Training and development opportunities and allowance
  • Fun and inclusive in-person and virtual events
