About the Opportunity

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients' marketing and creative needs. Your focus will be on hands-on media campaign management, campaign strategy, and team development. You will collaborate closely with sales and client success teams to ensure best-in-class campaign performance, drive client engagement, and foster business growth. You will also be responsible for sharing campaign ideas, highlighting successful tactics, and prompting valuable client discussions and upsell opportunities. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, adeptly shifting between strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, cross-departmental collaboration, and team mentorship. 

What You'll Do:

  • Media Campaign Management: 
    Spend approximately 25% of your time directly managing media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon. This includes campaign setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure high ROI for clients. 
  • Collaboration with Sales & Client Success: 
    Partner with sales and client success teams to share campaign ideas, highlight what's working, and facilitate discussions that drive client value and upsell opportunities. 
  • Best Practices & Documentation: 
    Ensure that media campaign and creative best practices are documented, regularly updated, and shared with the broader team. 
  • Team Training & Mentorship: 
    Provide training and mentorship to team members on campaign management, creative strategy, and platform best practices. Identify and lead key training initiatives to elevate team performance. 
  • Performance Analysis: 
    Review customer and audience analytics, analyze campaign data, and evaluate effectiveness to inform future strategies and share actionable insights with internal and client teams. 
  • Client Advocacy: 
    Represent client interests in meetings, ensuring timely and budget-conscious results that meet or exceed benchmarks. 
  • Industry Leadership: 
    Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging digital mediums, and competitor strategies to maintain a leading edge in the market. 
  • Presentation Preparation: 
    Prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally, conduct client pitch meetings, and share ongoing campaign results and insights.

  • Experience Level:Extensive experience in media platforms, managing and adjusting campaigns

  • Skill Set:Proficiency in agency, design, account management, media campaign management, team training & mentorship, performance analysis, and hands-on digital media campaign management across major platforms.
