Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at our Miami, FL headquarters. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies (with heavy focus on paid media / paid search) that enhance eMed's brand presence and drive lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. This role requires a proven track record in paid media execution, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve company goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement media strategies that align with eMed's goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities and define the roadmap for growth. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Paid Media Execution: Manage in-platform campaigns across search and social (LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta e.g.).
  • Digital Marketing: Potential to support other performance marketing efforts including SEO, email marketing and content marketing. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Customer Acquisition: Design and execute customer acquisition strategies to attract and retain clients within paid media environments. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing funnels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Measure and report on the performance of media campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Mindset: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in paid media, Experience in the wellness or weight loss industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing/executing successful media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, search, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically & translate business objectives into marketing plans.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.
