Digital Marketing Manager - Resident Shows
Sales, Marketing and Communications
Full-Time Position
The Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales, will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of Cirque du Soleil Resident Shows in Las Vegas. This role will develop and optimize performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, ticket sales, and revenue growth through paid search, paid social, audience acquisition, and digital campaign optimization.
Working closely with show Marketing Managers, Analytics, CRM, agencies, Revenue Management, and partner organizations, the Digital Marketing Manager will identify opportunities to improve digital performance, maximize return on advertising spend, and support the commercial objectives of their assigned shows. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, analytical marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly paid search and paid social, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Digital Marketing Manager will:
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of Resident Shows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Develop digital marketing plans that support ticket sales, audience growth, and long-term brand health.
  • Partner with internal and agency teams to develop and optimize paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital media campaigns.
  • Own the paid search strategy for assigned shows, continually optimizing campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword performance, audience targeting, and return on ad spend.
  • Lead paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels by developing audience strategies, creative testing plans, and optimization recommendations that maximize revenue and campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign, website, and sales performance to identify trends and recommend data-driven optimizations that improve revenue and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, Social Media, Communications, Creative, and Revenue Management teams to deliver integrated Marketing strategies.
  • Develop testing strategies for creative, messaging, landing pages, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization to continually improve performance.
  • Work closely with external agencies and digital platform partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, digital budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting for assigned shows.
  • Develop presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and partner organizations.
  • Proactively seek innovative digital marketing opportunities, emerging technologies, AI solutions, and platform best practices that support division objectives and revenue growth.
  • Continually communicate campaign performance, insights, learnings, and recommendations to partners, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, entertainment marketing, tourism marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Previous experience driving revenue, ticket sales, or consumer demand through digital marketing initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms).
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on revenue performance and return on ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, attribution, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and digital performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic business recommendations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and submission of acceptable documentation verifying identity and work authorization.
