Associate Manager, Performance Marketing - Origins

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Performance Marketing Associate Manager, Global to support the execution and optimization of our advertising strategies on Amazon.com across several global markets. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion, helping the team maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS) and meet key growth targets.
This is a hybrid, 3 days in office role, based out of our New York office.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000 to 85,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor full-funnel marketing campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP) based on established brand strategies.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing monthly paid media spend, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and alerts are raised for any pacing issues.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Perform routine analysis of keywords and search trends to identify new targeting opportunities and improve campaign relevance.
  • Optimization: Regularly update bids, negative keyword lists, and targeting settings to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing and regional managers with data pulls and administrative tasks to ensure a cohesive customer journey across all regions.
  • Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, pulling performance data to help the team visualize trends.
  • Creative Support: Work with the marketing team to ensure ad copy and imagery meet Amazon's best-in-class standards and align with brand ethos.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and Amazon market trends to provide insights for future "Go-To-Market" strategies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new software and navigate complex dashboards (Amazon Ads Console, Pacvue, Stackline, Helium10, and Amazon Vendor Central).
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills for internal reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and campaign setup to ensure brand consistency and budget adherence.
  • Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
